Lee Oskar Major Diatonic (diatooniline duur) suupilli noodipaigutus oli algselt mõeldud lihtsa 19. sajandi rahvamuusika esitamiseks. Major Diatonic suupilli häälestus on kõige sagedamini kasutatav bluusi, roki, kantri folgi ja jazzi mängimiseks.

Mitmed teised tootjad, kes kasutavad turunduseesmärkidel oma katteplaatidel erinevaid nimetusi, kasutavad Lee Oskar Major Diatonic suupilliga täpselt sama nootide asetust.
