On the other end, the EMAD reso head boasts an offset 4” microphone port in a single ply of 10mil film, plus a foam damping ring around the port's external edge for greater control of your overtones. Evans EQ1™ Coated White resonant series features a single ply of film with dry-vents to allow air to escape and an internal overtone control ring to focus the resonant tone of any bass drum. The coated surface provides more low register and attack.
