With an offset 4” microphone port in a single ply of 10mil film plus a foam dampening ring around its edge, the EVANS EMAD Resonant series gives you greater control of your overtones, so you can enhance your pitch, focus, and attack.

The Controlled Sound® Clear Top Black Dot™ drumheads features focused midrange tones with a well-defined attack. Constructed with 1-ply of 10-mil Clear film and a 5-mil Top Black Dot™, Controlled Sound® Clear Black Dot™ drumheads provide articulate attack and projection with added durability. The drumhead's outer area offers enhanced tone and sensitivity while the center Black Dot™ adds durability and overtone control.

Calftone heads are made using a 12mil Mylar base, blended with unique materials, to create a synthetic which embodies the classic warm, full, and rich tone of real calfskin. This head has a balanced attack, medium bright character, and moderate sustain and comes complete with EMAD to adjust the head’s attack, focus, and sustain. This synthetic calfskin head also features Level 360 Technology.
