The DOD Carcosa Fuzz is a doorway into an alternate fuzz universe, where classic tones of legend coexist with splattered and shattered Pollock abstractions. Combining the Carcosa’s wide-ranging AFTER bias control with two toggle positions creates tones that range from porcine fatness to dessicated shards. This versatility makes the Carcosa Fuzz a good companion for dirty or clean amps. True bypass, tons of output, and the visage of the King in Yellow sets the stage for fuzzy madness. The DOD Carcosa Fuzz has an exaggerated mid-range and treble character that help it stand out in a mix. It has been designed to cut through a dense and heavy band but still have great note articulation with chords. However, when extreme bias (AFTER) ranges are selected many wild and over-the-top sounds are possible.

The Super Badass Variac Fuzz is aggressive, biting, and highly versatile, featuring a Variac control to change the pedal's voltage from 5V to 15V for a range of fuzz tones. Go from vintage saggy saturation to wide open transparency with the twist of a knob.

This pedal can be powered by a 9-volt battery, a Dunlop ECB003 9-volt adapter, or the DC Brick™, Iso-Brick™, and Mini Iso-Brick™ power supplies (not included).

We’ve combined the most desirable qualities of both analog and digital circuitry to create the best possible sound with the convenient features of a modern platform. The Tap button sets your desired tempo or the Tap Tempo input can be used with an external time control device. The Tone control only affects the repeats, ranging from warm and analog-like to clear, digital-like echo—for a versatile effect that can be tailored to fit any musical context.

We designed the pedal with simple and intuitive controls that help you dial in a pleasing effect quickly and easily. A unique Size control blends two chorus voicings that interact with one another as you turn the knob. It’s essentially like adding more instruments as you increase the size. Additionally, a Tone control shapes only the affected signal, enabling you to dial in the perfect balance for your instrument.
