Calftone drumheads bring a natural aesthetic and vintage sound to modern drum sets. Evans Calftone tom heads are made using a 7mil Mylar base, blended with special materials, to create a synthetic calf skin, which embodies the classic warm, full, and rich tone of real calfskin. This tom head has a balanced attack, medium bright character, and moderate sustain. This synthetic calfskin head also features Level 360 Technology.

Evans EQ1 series features a single ply of 10mil film. A fixed internal overtone control ring can hold a removable EQ muffle ring for additional damping. Dry vents around the perimeter of the drum head offer a focused and articulate sound.

Evans EQ1™ Coated White resonant series features a single ply of film with dry-vents to allow air to escape and an internal overtone control ring to focus the resonant tone of any bass drum. The coated surface provides more low register and attack.

EVANS EC Reverse Dot snare heads deliver a clean, crisp tone, using Sound Shaping Technology (SST) to pre-EQ and remove muddy, mid-range overtones. The frost coated 7mil top ply and 10mil bottom ply provide a controlled response but maintain resonance and sensitivity at all tuning and dynamic ranges, while the 3mil Reverse Dot delivers extra durability, focus, and attack in the center.
