Thanks to our revolutionary, FlexFit™ technology, the pad used on the capo arm of the D’Addario Pro Plus Capo mimics the way the anatomy of the human finger functions when fretting a string--so you never have to worry about unwanted buzzing, muted strings, or intonation issues caused by varying capo pressure. With minimal overall pressure every string rings clear, clean, and in tune. The Pro Plus is designed to function perfectly on virtually all guitars, including flat fingerboard classical guitars, all the way to vintage electrics with a 7” fretboard radius. The D'Addario Classical Pro Capo is designed specifically for use on classical guitars. The patented micrometer adjustment mechanism allows the player to dial in the exact tension needed for clear ringing notes without excessive force in any position on the neck. This greatly reduces the need to retune your guitar during and after capo use and helps deliver exceptional intonation. The sleek construction can withstand the toughest playing/touring schedule while adding negligible additional weight or obstruction to the instrument. Designed in collaboration with Ned Steinberger.

The Artist Capo utilizes a patented Tri-Action geometry reducing the force required to open and close the capo while applying even tension regardless of neck profile. Combined with the micrometer tension adjustment and direct horizontal pressure, the Artist Capo virtually eliminates pulling the strings side to side and the need to retune during use. Additionally, the trigger-style design and lightweight aluminum construction add no obstruction or noticeable weight to the neck of the instrument. The Artist Capo includes a pick holder bracket, a micro tuner mounting bracket, allowing you to add tuning capabilities to the capo. Tuner sold separately.
