The Player II Jazz Bass radiates timeless Fender charm, but under the hood, it's primed for today's players. Everything about the neck is designed for fast and fluid playability, from the Modern “C”-profile with silky satin urethane finish on the back to the comfy 9.5”-radius slab rosewood or maple fingerboard with smooth rolled edges and 20 medium jumbo frets. A classic alder body is available in both timeless Fender finishes and never-before-seen colors unearthed from the archives. Player Series Alnico V Single-Coil J bass® pickups offer sweet highs, growling mids and seismic lows that elevate any genre. An adjustable 4-saddle bridge, single-groove steel saddles and open-gear tuners ensure precise tuning stability for the flexibility to explore endless sonic possibilities.

We live in a global world, with a global marketplace. The market differences between countries and continents have led to a big difference in production costs and, due to global market dynamics, we’ve all come to expect low prices and good value. That's why we have created our Gloxy series.
To achieve great value without compromise. I decided by working hard on production facilities and carefully selecting raw materials we can produce unique instruments valued both by professionals and upcoming young players to create their future as artists, to make their dreams come true without settling for mediocre instruments which lack identity.
This new approach allows us to make the most of all the advantages of living in Italy, with our “Italian Style”, allowing our “Glocalisation” to win over globalisation. By “Glocalisation” I mean that we are able to make the most of our “Local” world, with the unique Italian lifestyle that’s envied throughout the world.
By using all this creativity, perfectly harmonised with the great relationship network that we have built worldwide, it allows me to develop and design unique instruments with unbeatable value for money.
Mine is not just a product, it's a carefully created project, a different way to conceive production and to do business, a new philosophy that lets us synergistically merge all the advantages of our changing world. Current global market dynamics have influenced customers' sensitivity towards product pricing. This focus is one of the main reasons that inspired the birth of the GLOXY series. For this family of instruments we implemented a new philosophy for the manufacturing and procurement of raw materials, components and equipment - as always, without compromise. GV SERIES is our range of bass guitars that demonstrate our ability to produce a high quality instrument at an incredible price. This achievement is a direct result of our tireless work to compare the quality and price of parts and materials from a wide range of suppliers. We chose only the best components for our Gloxy series, maintaining our focus on excellent value for money. In response to the many requests from a passive bass enthusiasts, we have decided to add a new model to the product line of this series - GLOXY GV Passive, in 4 or 5 string versions. It features separate volume control for each of the two J-style pickups and a simple tone control to roll off highs, leaving you the pure sound of the instrument with natural attack, touch-sensitive dynamics and also punchy, round, fat tone perfect for organic genres like jazz, blues, rock... and should you need more tone-shaping options, you can always pair the instrument with a Markbass amp!
