Yamaha’s P Series digital pianos are loved by piano players around the world who want the comfortable feel of an acoustic piano in an instrument with a more manageable size and weight.
Compared to its predecessor, the P-225 features a much shorter and thinner body design with a compact style. This model looks beautiful from any angle, and blends in well with any room. To achieve a smaller product chassis, we developed the new GHC (Graded Hammer Compact) keyboard (88 keys), which is built to uncompromising standards and offers the same weighted acoustic piano-like playing feel as the GHS (Graded Hammer Standard) keys used in previous models in the P Series.
The P-225 features the sounds of Yamaha’s premier concert grand piano, the CFX, and this model uses Virtual Resonance Modeling (VRM) Lite technology to replicate the expressive moment-by-moment tonal changes that occur in a real grand piano.
Whether you are an advanced piano player or a serious beginner with a desire to learn to play, the P-225 is the perfect choice.

A light, portable piano-style keyboard with simple functions. A 76-key keyboard (a conventional piano has 88 keys) that allows you to perform piano pieces with greater authenticity, without requiring much space. Although the keys have the same box shape as those on a piano, the keyboard has a lighter feel that makes it easy for beginning pianists to start, rather than the weightier feel of a standard piano keyboard. You can also use headphones with the NP-35 if you are worried about disturbing those around you with your playing.

The wooden keyboard—highly acclaimed for its feel—has been upgraded from the NWX keyboard to the 88-key GrandTouch-S™ keyboard. The new generation of X-Stands for stage pianos is comfortable and convenient. The ergonomic clamping mechanism makes setup or break down easy and fast. The robust metal joint can be adjusted in 5° intervals; the short intervals provide the user with a multitude of positions. With the assistance of a scale the user is able to easily find his preferred setting. Both of the back rubber end caps can be adjusted on their axis and as such can be adjusted perfectly to the width of the keyboard. The maximum support depth is 250 mm. The typical K&M quality characteristics, such as solid workmanship, high quality surface finishes and practical end caps to stabilize the stand on uneven surfaces complete off the overall concept.
